Key is a 28-year-old artist from the North Bay Area of California—out the city but ocean-bound; if you know, you know. A self-taught portrait artist, she creates from intuition, vision, and the quiet downloads that choose her long before the canvas ever sees them.

 

She sold her first portrait her freshman year of high school, a mixed-media blend of charcoal, gouache, and real fabric. Since then, Key has worked across many mediums and refuses to be bound by any single one—though she is currently building a deep, evolving relationship with oil paints and exploring where that path will lead. When a face, a presence, or a spirit drops into her mind, she follows the call.

 

She studied Fine Arts and later Illustration at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, further shaping the eye and discipline behind her work.

 

For Key, art is more than expression—it is communion. It is where she feels closest to her soul, closest to Source. Every stroke carries intention. Every portrait carries transmission.

 

Now based in Dallas, Texas, Key continues to evolve her craft in honor of the gift that has always guided her.
